Renovation of large ground floor apartment

It was an absolute pleasure working with Phil and I am delighted with the end result. From the first meeting (and I was a little wary about finding a builder online) where Phil was keen to understand my requirements, to Phil making sure everything was completed to my satisfaction, this project has been an extremely positive experience. I have worked with a number of tradesmen over the past ten years. Phil stands out for the following reasons: 1. Listening and seeking to understand what I was trying to achieve / what my priorities were. 2. Checking in with me when choices needed to be made (rather than taking the easiest route). 3. Paying attention to detail and always doing what would deliver the best end result (rather than what would be easiest for him). 4. Transparency and integrity - I was kept updated at all times and charged an appropriate amount for all work done including the inevitable small extras on a project of this size. 5. Considerate towards my neighbours, all of whom have been extremely positive about Phil despite us carrying out a big project and living elsewhere ourselves while the bulk of the work was done. 6. Just being a nice person to have around. I have already recommended Phil to a number of my friends - not something I do lightly - and would definitely want to work with him again if the need arose.

Install new kitchen and install new floor

High quality and diligent finish to their work. The Epsilon team handled everything for our kitchen renovation and ground floor layout project. Epsilon provided a 1 stop solution to deliver a full renovation service rather than managing through several contractors. I would recommend for any big job and takeaway the stress (extensions, kitchens, and bathrooms etc.). They will take care of everything complex, including structural, plumbing, and electrical, through to decoration and finishing. The team was also very professional with 7.30am starts, and respectful whilst working around my family.

Medium-sized refurbishment of newly purchased property

Phil, Lee & Ewan were excellent from start to finish. From the initial stages and through the whole job Phil was really detail-orientated. He came back with an itemised breakdown of all the costs to the pence, he gave us timelines he stuck to, when it came time for the job to start they arrived at 7 and left at 4 every day and kept the house as clean as possible while they worked. I know this may seem really basic but those are the bits that matter. The work was fantastic, mm perfect, and if any issue came up Phil would take the time to understand it, fix it and if he needed anything extra he would come back with another itemised quote, again to the penny. We appreciated the professionalism and added on a couple of jobs and Phil accommodated us as best as time would allow but with the same great level of quality. We have been stung several times with bad builders so we were very apprehensive at first but I have to say that Phil's team completely bucked the trend for us. I couldn't recommend them enough!
